We run your medical facility. Its revenue stays in your account.

From a one-doctor clinic to a full medical centre: we develop the facility, build its management system, get it on Daman and Thiqa, collect the revenue, and protect licences and quality. Choose one service, or hand us full management.

Tailored solutions for your facility's success:

Where to start

Pick the one that matches your facility

Small clinic

A clinic with one to three doctors

You don't need full management. Choose only what you are missing: the Daman and Thiqa file, claims follow-up, or doctors' licences. Each service can be ordered on its own.

Start with one service
Running medical centre

A centre that wants better results

Start with the Operational and Financial Assessment, then choose specific services, full management, or developing the facility.

Book the assessment
New facility

An investor planning a clinic or centre

Feasibility, licensing, insurance empanelment, equipment and staff, managed as one project.

Daman and Thiqa

Is your facility not on Daman? Calculate what you lose

Every insured patient who asks for you and then goes elsewhere is lost revenue. Move the figures to see the monthly and yearly loss.

Thiqa is the health programme for UAE nationals in Abu Dhabi, administered by Daman, one of the emirate's largest health insurers.
A facility that is not registered cannot bill the insurer directly, so the patient goes to another facility.
We prepare the file, fix the gaps, submit it, and follow up until the contract is signed and direct billing is active. The approval decision belongs to the insurer.

Daman, Thiqa or other insured patients who ask for you, then go to another facility.

Your revenue goes to your account. Always.

FAQ

Questions facility owners ask

How do you set your fees?

Your success matters to us before anything else. We set fees once we understand your facility and the scope of work, and give them to you in writing before you commit: a fixed fee for the assessment, a percentage of monthly collections for full management, and a monthly or per-project fee for other solutions.

Where does my facility's revenue go?

Into your facility's own bank account. Netus Health invoices its fee separately.

What is the Operational and Financial Assessment?

A 7-working-day review that ends with your lost revenue in AED, a list of possible DOH violations, and a prioritised action plan.

Is my facility's data safe with you?

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving any data from your facility.

Will you replace my staff?

No. Each Netus Health specialist works with and supervises a counterpart in your facility. If you need new staff, we work through licensed recruitment agencies.

How will I know what is happening in my facility?

You receive a monthly report on revenue, collections, rejections, expenses and staff performance, and our finance team visits every week.

What happens when the contract ends?

The contract runs for 12 months. By the end, your trained team takes over day-to-day management.

Can you register my facility with Daman or Thiqa?

We prepare your empanelment application and follow it until a decision is made. The approval decision belongs to the insurer.

You are a new company. Why should I trust you?

Because you don't have to take our word for it. Your revenue stays in your account, we sign an NDA first, our commitments are written into the contract, and you can start with a 7-day assessment.

Start with a meeting, then a 7-working-day assessment

We learn about your facility, explain the assessment, and you leave the meeting with a clear next step.
