Data we collect
When you use the site's forms we collect what you enter yourself: name, facility name, mobile number, email, role, service of interest, your message, and tool results if you choose to send them.
We do not ask for any patient health data through the site, and ask you not to send it.
How we use it
We use your data to respond to your request, arrange a meeting, and follow up with you about our services. We store it in the company's customer management system and email.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the technical providers we use to run the website, email and customer management system, or where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as we are in contact with you, and afterwards for as long as business and legal purposes require, then delete it.
Your rights
Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@netushealth.ae.
