Netus Health is a UAE company licensed in Abu Dhabi that manages clinics and medical centres on behalf of their owners, headquartered in Al Ain.
Who we are
A management partner for the facility, not a replacement for its team
We do not provide medical care to patients; we manage the facility that does. We handle operations, the revenue cycle, insurance, licensing, quality, staff and marketing, working side by side with the facility's team until it can continue on its own.
Where we work
Based in Al Ain, working in and outside the UAE
Al Ain (head office), Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Fujairah. In Abu Dhabi and Al Ain we work to Department of Health regulations, and in Dubai to Dubai Health Authority regulations.

How we work
A Netus Health counterpart for every role in your facility
Every Netus Health specialist works with and supervises a counterpart in the facility, and our finance team visits every week. By the end of the contract the facility's team is trained.

Our commitments
Commitments we keep with you
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving any file from your facility.
You receive the Operational and Financial Assessment report and action plan within 7 working days.
Every dirham from patients and insurers is paid into your facility's account. We send a separate invoice for our fee.
Revenue, collections, rejections, expenses and staff performance.
Our finance team visits your facility every week to review the accounts.
Every key member of your staff has a Netus Health specialist who works with and supervises them.
By the end of the contract your trained team takes over day-to-day management.
